1 General Terms & Conditions

By using the takar bit website or app, you automatically agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between takar bit and the user.

2 Account Registration

Keep your account login credentials strictly confidential. Never share your password with anyone. Report any unauthorised access to your account to the takar bit support team immediately.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

Takar bit currently accepts the following payment methods:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket
• Bank Transfer: All nationalised and private banks
• Crypto: USDT (TRC20)

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum daily deposit limit is determined by your account level.

3.2 Withdrawal Process

KYC verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Withdrawals are typically processed within 12–24 hours. Delays may occur on weekends or Bangladesh Bank public holidays.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

Takar bit complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. If suspicious financial activity is detected, we will temporarily suspend the account, conduct an investigation, and notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

4 Betting Rules

4.1 Placing a Bet

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review the odds and rules carefully before placing your bet. takar bit reserves the right to reject any bet if a technical error or irregular activity is detected.

4.2 Cancelled or Abandoned Matches

• If a match is cancelled before it begins, all related bets will be void and stakes will be refunded.
• If more than 50% of the scheduled match time has been completed after kick-off, the result may be considered valid.
• In live betting, if the outcome of an event has already been determined, any bet placed on that event will be considered void.

4.3 Maximum Win Limit

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A welcome bonus is available for new members. To use this bonus, specific wagering requirements must be met. The welcome bonus can only be claimed once, and any attempt to claim it through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Each bonus carries its own wagering requirement (typically 5x–30x).
• If wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe, the bonus will expire.
• Real money bets must be placed before wagering with bonus funds.
• Voucher codes can only be used once. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on takar bit:

• Operating multiple accounts for the same individual (multi-accounting)
• Bonus abuse or bonus fraud
• Use of betting software, bots, or automated tools
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors on the platform
• Money laundering or illicit financial transactions
• Engaging in fraudulent conduct toward other members
• Harassing or intimidating takar bit staff

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 takar bit's Rights

Takar bit reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
• If KYC verification has not been completed
• Extended period of inactivity (over 12 months)

7.2 User Rights

You may request account closure at any time. Any available balance can be withdrawn before closure, provided there are no active bonus wagering requirements in progress.

8 Responsible Betting

Takar bit is committed to promoting responsible betting. We believe betting should be enjoyable — never a source of financial stress or mental strain.
